Mr Agile Kitchen has never even boiled an egg in his life, but circumstances (too complicated to go into) made him responsible for prepare dinners and tapas for a motley crew -- and this went on for more than 15 years. So how does he "wing it"? By combining everything he learned from TV cooking shows, a bit of experimentation, and a big dose of "what you don't know won't kill you".
